Head of Department: Director of Administration and Human Resources Management

  • Directing and supervising the provision and maintenance of efficient office services.
  • Advising on and ensuring adherence to labour, personnel and administrative policies laid down by Government.
  • Directing and supervising the administration of day-to-day personnel issues such as salary administration, recruitment, confirmation,promotions, training and staff development, and disciplinary and superannuating matters.
  • Link between the Ministry and Civil Service Department on all Administrative and Personnel issues.
